Q2: Front leg brace

How do I brace the front leg as a pace bowler?

Answer
It is much easier to bowl with a braced front leg with the classical side-on action. The key is to use a high front arm through your delivery stride.
With a front-on action it is more complex. The following resource should help you:

Q3: Rhythm and pace

I have question about regaining my pace and rhythm.I have like so much pace and rhythm 3 months ago then I left fast bowling and from last 15 days I was trying hard to regain that same rhythm and pace but I am not gaining anything seriously I don't know what to do and I am so worried …

Answer
Your problem can be very frustrating and a quick way to ruin your confidence. I suggest the following:
    1. Get someone to take a number of video clips of you running in to bowl at a practice net.

    2. Show the video to a respected bowling coach who is prepared to work with you to improve your run-up, action and follow-through.

    3. If you do not have easy access to a bowling coach, upload your video clips to an online coaching site that offers specialised bowling coaching. I have previously used www.pitchvision.com and http://www.maverickscricket.com/fast-bowling-tips.php. There are a number of good websites where you will be able to get your bowling analyzed and help you back to good rhythm.
